The core library behind a white-label app for Germany's ePA (elektronische Patientenakte, the national electronic patient record), built to gematik's specifications.

I work on the inner layer: wrapping the C++ core in Objective-C and shipping it as a framework the iOS app integrates. Along the way I moved from Swift and Objective-C into Kotlin, bringing the framework into Kotlin Multiplatform code shared across iOS and Android.

Mindless: Tasks & Bookmarks

A productivity app for iPhone, iPad and Mac that pulls notes, tasks, contacts and bookmarks into one tagged system. Share a link, set a reminder, and it brings you back at the right time.

iOS and macOS developer. I built the contacts integration, so notes and reminders can be attached to people, and the link-saving and link-reminder features, and I developed the Mac app.

Heart for Health

Patients track blood pressure, heart rate and other readings from a Bluetooth device, and get daily tasks such as questionnaires and measurements.

I joined an existing project and took it through to App Store distribution: integrated an Objective-C Bluetooth library, added local storage for user data, built custom charts for readings over time, and worked with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) for medical data. I also wrote unit, integration and UI tests on Bitrise, with the UI tests capturing screenshots for each release.

Lets people send text messages to businesses that otherwise only take phone calls.

Sole iOS developer. I built its custom, animation-heavy design with child view controllers and custom transitions, then rewrote the app in React Native when the client moved to cross-platform.

Connects people with their mosque or local businesses: events, announcements, and notifications when Adhan and Iqamah times change. Admins can edit their organization from the app.

One of two developers. I set up the structure and architecture, added CI with Fastlane, then moved into a supervising role. In daily use on the App Store.

Ticket scanner for event staff, with manual entry as a fallback, battery-saving camera timeout and Lottie scan feedback. Sole developer, design to release. Navatec, 2017 – 2018.

Event discovery and ticketing with QR (Quick Response) code tickets, plus a separate China build using Alipay instead of Stripe and social logins. Sole developer. Navatec, 2017 – 2019.

Noise Festival

Companion app for a Brașov music festival: artists, schedules and live stage updates. Joined late; redesigned the home screen and built the Stages and Partners tabs.
